The leasing office is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The office is closed on Sundays.

Available floor plans include studio apartments at approximately 528 square feet and one-bedroom apartments at approximately 800 square feet.

Each adult resident receives a parking sticker. Guest passes are available through the leasing office for visitors, and there is no additional charge for resident or guest parking.

On-site maintenance is available. Residents submit maintenance requests through the resident portal.

Packages are delivered to the package locker room. Residents may rent a package locker for $20 for the duration of their lease.

Yes. The building includes both elevators and stairs, with four elevators available throughout the community.

The community is approximately one mile from the highway. Old Dominion University, a hospital, and several nearby destinations are about five minutes away.

Residents have access to a library, sky lounge, fitness center, pool, dog park, fire pit, grilling area, and laundry facilities.

Higher-floor apartment homes offer notable views, and utilities are billed through a flat monthly utility fee that includes water and electricity.

The process includes completing an application, uploading required documents, receiving approval, paying the security deposit, providing renters insurance, picking up keys, and completing a move-in inspection. Approval timing depends on how quickly required documents are submitted and unit availability.

Nearby destinations include the Chrysler Museum of Art, Chrysler Glass Studio, the YMCA, a hospital, Old Dominion University, and the Waterside entertainment district.

Apartments use a boiler and chiller system. Heat is provided from October through May, cooling is provided from May through October, and AC convectors are located within the apartment homes.

Washers and dryers are not located inside the apartment homes. A shared laundry room is available on the second floor.

Classic apartment homes feature laminate countertops, while renovated homes feature granite countertops.
