The leasing officer was friendly and professional. The apartment was beautiful and exactly how it was described online and even more.

I have lived here since March of 2023 and absolutely love it here! The amenities are top notch and the views are unappareled, best in the city! The staff here is so helpful and friendly, they have become like friends and family. I can always count on the team to help me out if there is an issue. Jennifer, Todd, and the entire maintenance team, are the best of the best. As long as I live in Norfolk I will live here, I am so glad I chose Hague Towers to call home

I wanted to take a moment to recognize the exceptional service provided by Staff at Hague Towers during my recent move-in process. From the very beginning, they were incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating, making what could have been a stressful experience much easier to manage. I was faced with the challenge of moving in the same week as undergoing surgery, which added an extra layer of difficulty to the process. Jennifer went above and beyond to assist me every step of the way. She was always available to answer my questions, provided timely updates, and offered solutions to any issues that arose. Her genuine concern for my well-being and her proactive approach in coordinating the details of my move were truly appreciated. Thanks to their support and professionalism, I was able to transition smoothly into my new home at Hague Towers despite the challenges I was facing. I am grateful for their outstanding assistance. I recently had an issue with my ac unit leaking. Danielle’s response was swift and her expertise was astounding. She was able to resolve the problem within a matter of minutes. She is the best at what she does and is a testament to her craft.

Great management! Jen and Todd are the best at making the move-in process hassle free and such an easy thing to do! The Sky Lounge is a 10/10 and the pool is nice and cool for this summer's heat! the gym is easy to access and has plenty of workout options to enjoy!
